I was the Product Design Lead at Crunch. I worked with them to define and develop the new platform as they moved from a single to a multi-product company.

Working with key stakeholders I looked at ways to introduce multiple products using their single platform, ways to improve user retention and usability, and helped launch some of the new products to market.

As HMRC built out “Making Tax Digital” we also worked with them to help showcase how it could enhance businesses moving from paper to digital solutions.
